ZOO 2.3 stable released

Today we are excited to announce that ZOO 2.3 has gone stable! A big thank you to all of our BETA testers! ZOO 2.3 is now available to the public for free. The new release is all about migrating from MooTools to jQuery. But there are lots of bugfixes and other improvements to explore.

ZOO 2.3 does NOT depend on the MTupgrade plugin anymore and you will have less JavaScripts conflicts. We had to exchange the syntax highlighter in the documentation app. Please read here for the new syntax.

Grab your own copy of ZOO 2.3 and take it for a spin.

Can you tell me how I can upgrade the App Bundle to the JQuery version? zoocarousel has stopped working since upgrading to the new verison and I can't find a way to download the most recent version without purchasing the app bundle again. Thanks.

    Hi!

If we buy zoo 2.3 now, will the joomla 1.6 version (2.4) come as a free upgrade? We eager to know when this component could be launched. 3 weeks? 5 weeks? one year? We are working on a project where this question is quite critical because of joomla 1.6's user access capabilities. Thanks.

when you upgrade to 2.3 will it break any of the 2.0 modules in use? do we need to renew our membership before we try to upgrade the engine to make sure the wheels will still spin?

"Zoo 2.4 Joomla 1.6 compatible coming soon": whta does it means? Weeks or Month?
We should start a project for a customer with Joomla 1.6 e we'd want to use Zoo, but we need to know if we should wait weeks on months, because if we do not know this, we will be bound to choose another technology.

Common YOOteam!! ... we need a little info on the release date for Zoo 2.4. Keeping your client's in the dark is not good!

Please somebody at YOOtheme answer the question and give us an ETA on the Zoo 2.4 release.
