With our new company pages we want you to meet the YOOtheme team and the support crew. Check it out to put faces behind the products and services we offer. But there is a lot more information to be found here.
We have come a long way since our start in 2007. Ride the train along all the important places we have been too in the past couple of years on our history page. YOOtheme has always taken pride in its participation at conferences and other fun events. The Events & Press page gives you a reference about that. Last but not least - We are hiring again! If you are a web designer or developer from Hamburg, Germany, check out our job section and apply today!

As oates stated, the only thing needing improvement is support... that's usually the most difficult part.
All the best in the years to come!

One thing I can say is every moderator commits hours a day to answering questions. There are times where we get overloaded with questions. One thing I'd like to say about the support moderators involved with YOOtheme is they are all quite talented and knowledgeable in their trade. To secure the volunteer staff found in this dedicate group across the country is a rare find, even for a paid staff. ;)
One tip I would like to suggest for those who have unanswered questions is to not reply to your own question as a new answer. Just modify your original question and try to keep the question showing 0 answers. Also, mark your question with as many relevant tags as possible. I try to filter on WordPress questions with 0 answers. I'll try to look at question that have 1 or more answers in case the answer wasn't from a moderator. However, most end up being moderator answered already.
Anyway, just some tips for quicker responses.
Now I'll moderate myself and say my response isn't appropriate for this blog thread ;).

I'd love to see a YooTheme tips and tricks section (if it exists already I may have missed it) showing how you use some of the existing tools to create great site features.
I love the user profile page and the support section and would really appreciate tips to help newbies like me really get value for my users with these.
Thanks again, I'm really glad I went with YooTheme.
