Upgraded Zoo, now items not showing almost all elements.

I installed inspire theme, upgraded ZOO and purchased its apps and installed the full package, and now one of my instances my items aren't showing most elements.

I created an instance called testimonials. I checked the config settings for the instance and everything is the way it was when it was working, so that seems fine. I clicked the gear icon, and selected the "product catalog" app. I scrolled down and found my instance and my elements and they are all there. I checked the layouts. The layouts show all the elements.

So, I checked the menu link, and its linked properly. When I view the page, it is just a title. No image, no testimonial, no link etc. How else would I troubleshoot this?

Please Edit your Question and then add Super Admin Access to the Hidden Information Section.

Also provide the following important Information;
Name of App Instance
Name of Type being Used
Menu to follow to reach this Item in the Frontend of the site.
What was your Previous version of ZOO

Thanks, I cannot relate this to an upgrade of ZOO, can you explain steps to follow with the creation of your App Instance, Type and Layout positions, it seems related to that as i ran a few upgrades now but cannot recreate this issue. If Element layouts are changed in your Apps Types Full View they show on the Frontend , have you noticed that ?

Update:
If you made any customisation, you can compare the Previous ZOO Version File to the current one ( files or code you customised only, not the whole ZOO ), maybe yoiu have notes ?
Also look at the chnagelogs ( see the admin/ directory of the ZOO packages )

Its starting to look like the layout changed. Is there a new way it should be coded or something?
