YOOtheme does not test with VM, but search the Support Centrre for Virtue Mart of VM and you should find a lot of information about this . Mostly you can expect some jQuery issues where you have to disable the loading of older jQuery in VM.

Yes it works. I am developing a site running VM2 on Radiance right now (see www.orgonite-brasil.com). Until now I just found some cosmetic issue to fix on 3-4 places where VM is overiding the template settings and am fixing them right now.
