Hello Yootheme team,

I need also to change the animated color from red to something else, I did the following :

  • Change the animated_red.jpg image in /images/background/animated folder
  • Change the red color #AE000C for something else in /js/animatedbg.js
  • Deleted template folder in /cache folder

Still not working

Thanks !

To say I am disappointed wih the support offered by Yootheme is an understatement!

In th past YooTheme have always had a member of the support team come up with an answer, even if it's not been the one i wanted, but this time , nothing!!

This new support system is just useless, no interaction or PM between users, no response from YooTheme at all.

If i don't get an answer today i will have no chouice but to dump Subway, which is a shame as its exactly what i needed.

C'mon YooTheme, step up please

Are you rockin' WP?

  • change the checksums file line #101+
  • clear your cache (both browser plus add-on)
  • switch themes to "clear"
  • change profiles
  • instead of using default, try red
  • animatedbg.js "/images/background/animated/animated_default.jpg" replace "default"

No luck on my end neither...

Ok... this is getting very very weird.

Opera, IE, both show the new colour bg (even if they are not animated) but FF even after a manual deletion of all the cache files still show the original red bg.

WTF is going on, c'mon Yootheme, what's happened to the usual great support we used to get?

I really wanna use this theme for my client but not if i can't resolve this issue, SOME HELP PLEASE?
