Accordion SideBar Menu

I'm trying to implement an accordion style sidebar menu (as shown in module variations on your site). I have the sidebar menu set up, color, settings, and everything are perfect, but I'm unable to activate the accordion for submenus...Instead, it simply shows the "+" but only opens in simple click. What am I missing?

Also, I have two menus I want to do the same...One does just like I've described above. The other won't open the submenu categories at all.

Please advise.

Hi,
i have the same problem and i dont understand what you mean with "the first level must be a separator type menu".
I have the following menu structure:

home
slide
- test1
- test2
test3

if i click on slide there should be the accordion effect and test1 & test2 should appear. slide is set to an separator type but the accordion effect is still not working. what did i wrong? It would be nice if someone can help me.

module class suffix = style-header color-color
