Steam Template - home page missing a separator line below 'top-b' position...

The 'Steam Template' home page needs a separator line below 'top-b' position, for my scenario.

I am using both the 'innerbottom' and 'sidebar-a' positions, so in this particular case, there needs to be a full span separation line between the 'top-b' and ('innerbottom' / 'sidebar-a') vertical positions.

If you could tell me exactly how to either modify the css file or some how configure it so that I can manually add this line it would be very much appreciated.

Other than that, your newest template is great!

Jonathan,
There is two built in functions into the Steam them to produce a horizonal rule:

<hr class="line" />.

or

<hr class="stars" />

Have a look here at the features page and look at the bottom for the example.

Figured a work around by just placing a line under every module above it.
