Soon!! Yootheme is in the final stages of testing on the Joomla 2.5 stable release. No official date has been given,... but soon 
My guess would be with the Feb 1st template release.

Barry's estimate was a bit conservative 
, all templates as well as the Widgetkit were released on 25 January 2012 in the Joomla 2.5 versions.
