I logged in to your site and removed the system output. Let me explain what was the issue:

You could not apply you profile to the home menu item, because there alreay was a profile called "frontpage" which was assigned to that item. You can't assign two profiles to a single menu item. All I did, was to add the "system output - no" to the profile called "frontpage".

creating a profile which hides the system output and assigning it to a menu item should have the effect you expect. If not, please provide login data in the hidden information textarea which appears if you edit your question.
