Help! ZOO business directory. When gzip "ON", users getting Error page after submitting

So when joomla global setting GZIP is set "ON" my users get error when submitting new adds into ZOO business directory:
This webpage is not available
The webpage at http://www.mysite.com/add-business/submission/submission/public/au-business/54b672dd0fb1a81c40a75e8cdb23fc0b/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
Error 330 (net::ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED): Unknown error.

Please help! GZIP really helps me optimise my site alot!

Hi,

I unfortunately don't know what causes the problem. Please try to use the .htaccess file to enable zipping instead of Joomla.

<IfModule mod_deflate.c>  
AddOutputFilterByType DEFLATE text/text text/html text/plain text/xml text/css application/x-javascript application/javascript  
</IfModule>

This requires the Apache Module mod_deflate
