Even a simple "we don't know and we will never fix it" would be appreciated, but silence is far from golden here....

I don't think this is a revista issue, it's the 'Ken Burns' effect (which the gallery is loading images with) and IE8. I've googled it and it seems to be a moo tools version issue.

Not sure what the fix is if any - but would be good to hear from yoo theme on whether it's worth looking or whether that will be a waste of time. I guess the fact the effect doesn't load on their demo site hints at an answer.

My problem was a bug in the Joomla 2.5 cache, now everthing is working fine.
