As I said elsewhere here - why on earth do you guys provide a theme that we pay for that looks cool in demo mode and is a pain in the ass to customize? Please consider distributing psd (photoshop) files for images. The 'HELLO' files are a great example.

I agree 100% - your themes are so far from easily customisable...they take forever and have terrible documentation; not a walk through video in sight. It is such a shame as they look great but take way to long to get up an running. For this reason I am unfortunately unable to recommend your theme to any more of my Clients. I lost so much money in time on my first one!!! Seriously..a real shame, such promise, such beautiful themes, such a great white hope but so unfriendly to use!

Unfortunately, you have to create your own, The images used in Demo content are not available, only images that make up the Template are included in the Image Source files.

I think that everyone is being a bit anal here. What do you expect these people to do? Just hand you your custom site. I cant believe there are this many complainers here. Man up!

Honestly when I decided for this template, this was also because of these letters. I don't have anything to do with webdesign and this is my first website I create so I expected to have no troubles but fun in customizing my website. I expected to have these letters included, or let's say I paid for this style. It is like you advertise something that you actually don't sell. So the product is not the one I wanted as it is not complete. If there is no way to get this style, is there any way to get the money back??? I would prefer the letters, though.

really guys, the Yootheme Templates are easy to use and easy to customise - that's why i have stayed with them for so long.

their support is 98% of the time spectacular and if there is something you want to know how they did it. just post a question and they always tell you how something was achieved.

now if you want them to also finish building your website for, designing it and creating all the graphics for you as well. Then why are you in the job of website developer... get a new job.
